Useful tidbits
To see all “knowledge base” articles, click “Knowledge Base” on left hand side when logged in as an editor (below “Posts”).
Adding a new topic
If you are adding a topic that’s not already on the Knowledgebase Home Page, it’s a bit of a pain to add it to that home page:
- Pages > Knowledge Base (edit)
- Go to bottom section, MinervaKB “Page Builder”, click gear icon on “Topics”, “select topics to appear on home page”, and drag new topic from left list to right list.
Adding entries for article table of contents
It would be good if MinervaKB figured this out automatically, but…
You have to switch to “text” mode (as opposed to “visual” mode) in the editor, then add “mkb-anchor” and “/mkb-anchor”, both enclosed in square brackets, around any heading text you want in the article’s table of contents sidebar widget.
